Photo Lab for Android

Thank you for this proposal! If it will have more support, we'll make import from Picasa!

Are all effects inaccessible or only some of them? Please describe your problem in more detail. Would be great if you could send a screenshot to our TS team at [email protected]

Dear Laydeebugg,
Thank you for the feedback. We will certainly add some more templates with people of color as soon as possible.

A screenshot would be extremely helpful!

Hello Alejandro.
If you already own it, you certainly don't have to pay again. You can reinstall it any time.
Cheers,
Constantine

We're working on it, folks! We do our best to provide you with only the highest quaity content. Expect some new cool effects soon.
Cheers,
Constantine.

Dear Trini,
Thank you for informing us about this problem. But to clarify the whole situation could you be more specific? Can you open the app? Is there any error? Does it crash or stop working after a while? We'll do our best to check it from this end on a similar device.

Dear Pho.to Lab users!
We love you and will try to make the app even better! =))

This may depend on the image viewer you use. What image viewer do you use?
Also, animated pics wouldn't be animated as phone wallpapers, because they are not adapted for it.

Please, address an inquiry to our support team at [email protected]

The inquiries sent to [email protected] are to be carried out accordingly to each separate call

All users that didn't get the effects but have paid for them will be refunded. Just send us a refund request providing your Google Checkout id in "[email protected]" form and your order number at [email protected].

Currently the number of photos in a collage is limited with up to 5 photos in Pho.to Lab application. Those collages can be found into "Shape Collages" and "Multiple photo collages" groups and in some other groups, example "New reality" or "Amazing Frames".
To make collages with more than 5 pictures, visit our web site - http://funny.pho.to/ and find those collages into "Shape Collages" and "Multiple photo collages" groups.
New application version that will be released shortly will have a possibility to upload up to 100 pictures into some collages, especially collages into "Shape Collages" and "Multiple photo collages" groups

Hi Joe!
Thank you very much for submitting this bug to us! We'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Dear Pho.to Lab users!
This problem can occur if the app was unable to upload your source photo on a server. The solutions is to try once more from the start.
If it doesn't help then please wait for several hours, or send us an e-mail at [email protected] mentioning a detailed description of the issue. We'll chack our servers.

This bug is supposed to be fixed. If you still experience this problem, please contact [email protected] providing your message with the name of your device name, Android OS version and describing your actions before the bug occurred.

Currently, you can share an image as a link and also save it to Gallery. When you save an image to Gallery, and if the Gallery program is on SD card, then your photo results will also be on SD card.

Hi all!
If you cant add more than one picture to the multiple photo frames then please send your Android device name and Android OS version (find it in Settings -> About phone) to [email protected]

Brace yourselves, folks. Update is on the way!
Cheers,
Contsantine

Might be a temporary server side issue. Should be resolved very soon.

Yes, the app needs internet connection to make it possible to perform complicated photo effects on a dedicated server

Hold on! New release is almost there!
